My goal is to develop capable financial structures that will increase financial inclusion and increase economic growth in rural businesses and improve Noveltii’s social impact.
Throughout my 16 years of business advisory practice in experiential marketing, consumer retail, petroleum marketing, LPG, petroleum haulage, agribusiness and business advisory. it has been affirmed to me, over and over that if we want change we have to begin by educating and empowering our communities at grassroots level. Noveltii has developed a model to do just that. The 1st phase inspires, empowers, and educates women in the coffee value-chain, the 2nd phase equips them by introducing business models and its functions to their small businesses and the last phase offers the sme's financial investment.
Our mission is to invest in small and micro - businesses in rural Kenya while partnering with investment partners to create more business opportunities in the community.
